Flowers In Fall With Covered Perfectly
Summer may be over, but that doesn't mean Flowers In Fall With Covered Perfectly you have to wear drab clothing all winter long! It is still alright to wear pastels, and floral accents! Covered Perfectly has us covered with their Cascading Vest! From pretty florals, geometric, to animal prints, you will find the perfect Cascading Vest for you!
Today I am showing you a floral cascading vest. Black is great in the Fall and Winter, but I still want some color to show a little added brightness. This vest has lovely hues of light blue, blush pink, and brown tones in it to liven up a drab Fall or Winter's day, or night!
In the above image you will see that I have belted the vest for one of many ways to style it. I prefer this style for an office look, giving it a more tailored appearance.
Note from Pauline Durban, founder of Covered Perfectly - When I first started, Geri was one of my main supporters, she really helped me put Covered Perfectly on the map, for this, I will be forever grateful. I now consider her a friend, and I'm so happy she continues to review our tops.
If you have a belly, like I do, you’ll love the Cascading Vest from Covered Perfectly.
The ingenious piece softly drapes over your hip and tummy areas, to present a slimming look.
Or, you can tie the longer front panels at the waist when you’ve won your belly-busting battle.

THE COVERED PERFECTLY CASCADING VEST
Since I broke my hip six months ago I’ve put on a solid 10 pounds. No fun and something I’m dressing to hide.
I still can’t work out. I’d joined a beautiful new gym after the second Orthopedic surgeon told me I could do Pilates. He was wrong and my new Orthopedist, forever known as Doogy Howser, tells me he doesn’t even want me walking my dog right now.
You can only cut out so many calories a day. Add the menopause weight and you’ve got me looking to hide my middle.
Note from Pauline Durban, Founder of Covered Perfectly. Susan has been a favorite of mine for a long time. She was among the first bloggers to do a review and she is still doing them for us two years later. I knew that when I sent her the Pleated V that is was going to look amazing on her. As you can tell by the name of her blog, she has a French flair. I'm sure you will enjoy reading her posts so be sure to check out her site.
If you follow Fashion Weeks (the usually twice-yearly spectacles where designers show their collections for the upcoming season across multiple cities) you may have noticed that the street style seen during these periods has become a bigger media spectacle than the collections themselves. Often impractical and outlandish, sometimes witty and amusing, these getups are meant to compete for attention. Continue reading

The Chief Blonde is wearing the Covered Perfectly Pencil Skirt in Black, Hounds-tooth, and Leopard.
I got these cute little pencil skirts at the beginning of summer to review, from Covered Perfectly and have been wearing them on repeat ever since. With the weight of the skirt, I can continue wearing them right into fall and winter with hose and tights. Continue reading

I love the online community. I get to meet so many amazing women! Susan, is someone I met recently and she shared Covered Perfectly with her subscribers. I'm so grateful to these wonderful women for all that they do. Here's what Susan had to say!
Covered to PerfectionYou know how difficult it is to find the perfect tee? It's especially tough to find one that's long enough to wear with leggings. And then there's the arm thing...not all of us midlifers are comfortable baring our arms-- and it seems that everything is sleeveless these days! Well, I have the perfect solution.I discovered a company called Covered Perfectly and all of their tops have SLEEVES!
Note from Pauline Durban, Founder of Covered Perfectly. Susan has become a good friend of mine. She carries herself with such grace and dignity, I’m honored that she loves her Covered Perfectly tops enough to join us on our last photo shoot. The good news is that she’s coming back for the next one! Thank you Susan for all that you do.
The Magic V
A wise woman knows how to draw attention to what she considers her best feature and away from what she isn't fond of.
Because of my round face, I always enjoy wearing a V-neck top. The straight lines of square sunglasses offset my round face, as do the straight lines of a V-Neck top. This beautiful royal blue V-Necktop is from Covered Perfectly.
You may have noticed that when I do wear a scoop neck or round neck top, I almost always offset that with a long necklace which forms a V or I wear a jacket which forms a vertical neckline. The red simple comfort top above is from Covered Perfectly. Continue reading
