Note from Pauline Durban, Founder of Covered Perfectly - Pamela is from my homeland, England however; I met her online. I then found out she lives near my sister, so we will get to meet in person one of these days. Pamela has done a few reviews and she always looks great, this one is no exception.
Now although I'm a lover of all things LEOPARD I do like it to be subtle!
So team a touch of animal with the fabulous tops from Covered Perfectly and they (and me) are on to a winner!
Something special to wear for the HOLIDAYS and a useful layering piece for the cold weather all rolled into one.
Time to treat yourself!

Note from Pauline Durban, founder of Covered Perfectly - This is Shelley's first review and she didn't disappoint. She looks fabulous in this outfit. Take a look at what she has to say.
Recently Pauline Durban, founder of the clothing line Covered Perfectly, reached out to me to ask if I’d like to try a couple of the pieces from her collection. Because style for women over 50 can be tricky, I was excited to learn more.
Covered Perfectly is a line of flattering clothing for the mature woman and as the name would suggest, their styles are made to cover our assets. Continue reading
Note from Pauline Durban, Found and President of Covered Perfectly - When Polly chose the "Linda" to review, I knew it was going to be the perfect fit for her. I was right, she looks amazing, proving that fashion for women over 60 doesn't need to be frumpy.

We all know the little black dress or LBD is a fashion staple because it is so versatile. You can wear it dressy with heels or casual with a jean jacket. So why not a little black top, as well?
It should be versatile, comfortable, and flattering. I have found the perfect little black top or LBT, and it's made by Covered Perfectly.
Note from Pauline Durban, Founder and President of Covered Perfectly - wow, wow and wow. I love Sherri in these skirts. She looks amazing. Be sure to check out both of the pencil skirts she is modeling below.

When it comes to the summer and the warmer temperatures, I usually go for long and flowy, but every once in a while I find something I didn’t know I was looking for.
Comfort and style are always a priority for me, and I tend to think of pencil skirts as too tight and clingy for the warmer months but the material on this one from Covered Perfectly is perfect. It moves with me and is very breathable.
Note from Pauline Durban, Founder and President of Covered Perfectly - Pamela took the Popcorn Jacket on a recent trip to Mexico. A long trip for someone from the U.K. Check out the two totally different outfits she created.

The Popcorn Jacket - the perfect travel companion
Unexpectedly, a neutral colored cardigan, 'Popcorn Jacket', provided the perfect travel companion on my recent holiday to Mexico.
(Not completely disregarding the husband of course!)
I usually wear a jacket to travel so I feel reasonably smart on arrival but an overnight flight meant that I needed something softer and more forgiving.
On a cold December morning the Popcorn Jacket was light and soft, but oh so snug! You can never go wrong with natural fibers of course and this little number is 75% cotton.
Whether it was pushed unceremoniously into my bag or used as a pillow - the Popcorn emerged looking considerably fresher than I did next morning.
Although I'd chosen plain ivory so it could team with everything, this Jacket turned out to be so much more. I'd actually missed the delicate lacy design!
From denim to lace...

I expect a lot from my clothes...
Loving my tops from Covered Perfectly and - Wow they actually fit in all the right places!
I don't do 'skimpy' - I want something that covers the midriff and tummy, is roomy enough around the sleeves, and I like a neckline that doesn't make me too hot.
Oh who'd be a woman?
It's incredible, but this silky soft fabric, MicroModal, is totally NATURAL made from European beechwood.
So it's breathable, comfortable to wear and I'm helping the planet! Continue reading
Note from Pauline Durban, Founder and President of Covered Perfectly - I love it when our styles make there way around the world. Ann and her family are living in Hong Kong. They have lived all over the world. What an exciting life. I for one am glad she did a review.

I get pretty excited when a brand reaches out to me–it’s like, “Yes! I’m doing something right!” When a female entrepreneur contacts me, I get even more excited–like with Continue reading
When I first started Covered Perfectly back in 2013, I wasn't sure if an online women's clothing store, dedicating fashion for women over 40 and way beyond was going to work. I'm happy to report that we are still going strong, thanks to all the amazing women have embraced us. Thank you.
At the end of each year I like to look back and see what the best selling items are here at Covered Perfectly. Here's a run down of the top ten selling items.
This one kind of surprised me. Although it is very popular, it's seasonal so to see it in the top ten was impressive. I guess we sell a lot of them. It shouldn't have surprised me really as it's a great top for layering in the winter. Continue reading
Note from Pauline Durban, Founder and President of Covered Perfectly - I love that Susan uses Covered Perfectly tops so often as her basic top to start her layering. Susan has been loyal to Covered Perfectly since her first experience.

In all but the hottest summer months, my casual looks include a tank or a long sleeve tee, a cardigan or jacket and comfortable jeans. I often add a scarf to pull the look together and to add that finishing touch. A pair of loafers, low boots or oxfords are usually on my feet when the weather turns colder. I want to be comfortable, but I also want to look presentable and put together.
I wear belts more often now and at least partially tuck the front of the top in as an adjustment to wearing mostly low heeled shoes. If I leave both layers Continue reading
