LOOK OF THE WEEK: WHITE STYLE OVER 50-By Jennifer, From, A Well Styled Life

Note from Pauline Durban, founder and president of Covered Perfectly - Jennifer has reviewed this top before but it's well worth revisiting. She looks so good in it, teal is definitely her color. See what she has to say. Over to Jennifer... I’m wearing more white this season than ever before. Of course, I’m also spending more on Clorox this summer, but it’s worth it. It’s been so hot that I’ve had to stay away from my usual black. This sporty look is new for me, and I’m finding it super easy to wear. Wrap Over 1 I paired my classic white pants, with my Covered Perfectly Wrap Over top and added my favorite white fedora. I’m ordinarily a medium in Covered Perfectly tops but went down one size in this one. Probably because the draping makes it roomier. Wrap Over 2 I love the classic white canvas shoe this summer. Mine are cheaper than cheap from Target. They get filthy so easily; I’d never invest more than a few bucks in them. I buy them larger than usual and insert cushioned insoles for added comfort. My cork orthopedics fit in these too! Wrap Over 3 My leggings are perfect for running around. They look like a classic, straight leg jean but have a wide elastic waistband never rolls. Wrap Over 4 My look of the week sends a sporty, casual message because the fabrics are all cotton and easy care. The white elevates it to polished, sporty and looks just right for sightseeing or shopping locally. Wrap Over 5 Adding my fedora adds a touch of attitude that only hats can do.
