Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Please note that your credit card information can not be viewed by Covered Perfectly.

 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $7.95 on all orders. Everything is shipped from California, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. 

International shipping charges calculated at checkout. Longer shipping times may apply.

 

 


REFUND POLICY:

Don’t love what you bought? We’re happy to accept returns for items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must have all tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  

To initiate a return, please email info@coveredperfectly.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. You'll be emailed a pre-paid shipping label to affix to your packaged return. $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using the prepaid return label. Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment. 

Note: The return labels have an expiration date. Once you receive the return label, you need to mail it back to us within 7 days. After 7 days the return label will expire. Only one return label can be provided per order.
